LEASE FORFEITURE
On rare occasions the tenant may not have sufficient cash or goods to meet the rental obligation. There is another Common Law Right which permits landlords to engage Certificated Bailiffs to make peaceable re-entry to secure the premises with new locks in preparation for re-letting. Costs for this action are payable by the landlord, and can be recovered from the tenant.
A cost estimate will be provided prior to any action being taken.
