A Hands-on Approach

Over the years we have developed our methods and practices based on sound practical experience.

Our way of working reflects this - we do not rely on impersonal methods, such as telephone requests for payments. We make visits in person in order to execute Liability Orders/ Warrants. This means we establish a proper understanding of the defaulter's circumstances, thereby enabling the bailiff to make sound judgement of their needs, and to take immediate action to seize goods or alleviate any anxieties for those who are suffering genuine hardship.
